Warm Goats Cheese with Chilli Jam
1 small goats cheese per person
1 tsp Chilli Jam
Mixed Leaf Salad
Using a small pastry cutter take out the centre of your Goats Cheese leaving 1cm uncut at the base (This is best done when the cheese is chilled) Cut a 1cm slice from the removed cheese.
Put a tst of chilli jam or red onion marmalade in to the centre of the cheese and top with the 1cm cheese plug.
Place in a pre heated oven 200*c on a baking tray and bake for 10mins.
Meanwile dress your plate with the salad season and drizzle with olive oil.
Plave the cooked cheese on the centre of your salad and serve imediately.
This is fab with a fresh fruity wine such as Sancere or Chablis.
